Leh, Oct 19 (KNO): The Ladakh unit of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Monday blamed administration for not taking note of the regular violation of model code of conduct by BJP ministers and union ministers who make “attractive announcements” during the MCC to lure voters. Talking to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Aam Aadmi Party co Inchagre, Rajesh Sharma said that the BJP regularly has violated the model code of conduct while the administration has not pointed out the repeated violation. “BJP on daily bases violates the model code of conduct”, he said. Reacting over the announcements made by the Union MoS G K Reddy that Ladakh will get 5000 jobs and 7500 MW power, Rajesh Sharma said that it’s totally wrong to make, announcements regarding jobs and construction of Sports University and sports infrastructure in Ldakh as it violates MCC. “This is unfortunate that even Union MoS is unaware of MCC. They are deliberately doing it to lure voters as they know they can’t win in Ladakh,” he said. Talking about the plans of AAP in Ladakh for the betterment of the region, he said they will introduce the Delhi model of governance in the region and will improve the infrastructure including the education, health and basic facilities for the public. “Schools, health centers and basic facilities here need attention and more improvement and AAP has always worked for betterment and development and on that basis we campaign for the election like in Delhi people supported AAP for the amount of public welfare work done in the tenure”, he said—(KNO)
